任职要求统招本科及以上学历， 工业设计 / 美术 / 视觉设计 / 人机交互 等相关专业背景。 3 年及以上相关工作经验 ，熟练使用 Blender、C4D、After Effects、Figma 等设计与制作工具。 熟悉并能够将 AI 设计工具 融入日常工作流程，如 Tapnow 或 LibTV 、 即梦、GPT image、Nano Banana 等 ，用于概念探索、风格验证、创意发散与效率提升（需具备判断与二次设计能力）。 提供完整 作品集 ，需展示成熟项目经验， 重点体现 3C 类产品的渲染、动画或完整视觉表达能力 。 具备基础的 交互体验、印刷工艺、材料认知及 3D 建模与渲染 能力，能够把控从设计到最终落地的整体质量。 具备良好的沟通能力、设计思维与问题解决能力，具备团队协作意识。 ⚠️ 注意 ：候选人需满足以上任职要求，未达条件的简历将直接淘汰； 投递时请务必附上作品集 。

职责

负责 品牌视觉设计，并将设计系统延展至 硬件产品、App、网站及线上线下宣传物料。

与产品、工程团队协作，参与从概念阶段到量产或上线阶段的设计工作，确保设计可实现性与一致性。

在保证设计质量的前提下，合理使用 AI 工具辅助创意与生产，提升设计效率与探索深度。

英语 CET-4 或同等水平及以上，能阅读英文设计与技术资料。

重点院校本科及以上学历。

对 区块链行业应用、Web3 产品或硬件设计趋势有了解或兴趣。

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time program, with a background in Industrial Design, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.

3+ years of relevant work experience, proficient in Blender, C4D, After Effects, Figma, and related design and production tools.

Experience integrating AI-powered design tools into daily workflows, such as Tapnow, LibTV, Jimeng, GPT image, and Nano Banana, for concept exploration, style validation, creative ideation, and workflow optimization. Strong creative judgment and the ability to refine AI-generated outputs are essential.

A complete portfolio is required, demonstrating mature project experience, with a strong focus on 3C consumer electronics product rendering, animation, or end-to-end visual presentation.

Solid foundational knowledge in interaction design, printing processes, materials, and 3D modeling & rendering, with the ability to ensure quality from design through final production or launch.

Strong communication skills, solid design thinking, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

Own brand visual design and extend the design system across hardware products, mobile apps, websites, and both online and offline marketing materials.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, participating in design work from concept stage through mass production or product launch, ensuring feasibility and consistency.

Leverage AI tools responsibly to support creativity and production while maintaining high design quality, improving both efficiency and creative depth.

Nice to have

English proficiency at IELTS, or equivalent level, with the ability to read English design and technical documentation.

Fluent Chinese (written and spoken) is preferred

Bachelor’s degree or above from a key or top-tier university.

Interest in or understanding of blockchain industry applications, Web3 products, or hardware design trends.
