本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年及以上互联网行业运维开发经验。 具备大型互联网公司背景，并作为运维负责人或核心成员，深度参与过已上线、高并发、海量用户的C端产品的运维工作。 精通至少一种主流公有云（AWS / 阿里云 / GCP）的服务体系，并有丰富的云上资源管理和优化经验。 熟悉k8s，具备在生产环境大规模部署、管理和排障的实战经验。 具备优秀的责任心、沟通协作能力、抗压能力和文档撰写习惯。

职责

系统稳定性保障：负责OneKey App生产环境的日常运维、监控、故障排查与应急响应，确保服务SLA达到99.9%以上。

云平台与基础设施管理：管理和优化在公有云上的服务架构，包括但不限于计算、网络、存储及数据库等核心服务。

CI/CD与容器化：设计、维护和优化基于Kubernetes的容器化部署平台，完善前后端CI/CD流水线，实现快速、安全、自动化的应用交付。

可观测性体系建设：建设和维护集中式的日志、监控、告警体系，具备从海量数据中快速定位并解决问题的能力。

安全与权限管控：实施和运维基础设施的安全策略、网络准入控制及权限管理体系，保障系统和用户数据的安全。

运维流程与文档：编写和维护运维规范、技术文档及事故报告，推动运维工作的标准化和自动化。

加分项

熟悉Cloudflare等CDN、DDoS防护、WAF等接入层服务和优化。

熟悉 Github CI/CD等自动化部署工具链，能设计高效的 DevOps 流程。

精通Prometheus、Grafana、ELK/EFK等可观测性技术栈。

对网络安全、权限模型（如RBAC）有深入理解，有安全运维经验者优先。

English

You are familiar with these

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in operations or DevOps within the internet industry.

Background from a large-scale internet company, having served as an operations lead or core member, deeply involved in the operations of launched, high-concurrency, mass-user consumer-facing products.

Proficient in at least one major public cloud service ecosystem (AWS / Alibaba Cloud / GCP) with substantial experience in cloud resource management and optimization.

Familiar with Kubernetes, possessing practical experience in large-scale production environment deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work under pressure, and good documentation habits.

Responsibilities

System Stability Assurance: Responsible for the daily operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and emergency response of the OneKey App production environment, ensuring service SLAs exceed 99.9%.

Cloud Platform & Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize service architecture on public clouds, including but not limited to core services such as compute, network, storage, and databases.

CI/CD & Containerization: Design, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes-based containerized deployment platforms. Improve front-end and back-end CI/CD pipelines to achieve rapid, secure, and automated application delivery.

Observability System Development: Build and maintain centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, with the capability to quickly identify and resolve issues from massive datasets.

Security & Access Control: Implement and operate security policies for infrastructure, network access control, and permission management systems to safeguard system and user data.

Operational Processes & Documentation: Write and maintain operational specifications, technical documentation, and incident reports, promoting the standardization and automation of operational work.

Nice to have

Familiar with CDN services (e.g., Cloudflare), DDoS protection, WAF, and other edge services and their optimization.

Familiar with automated deployment toolchains such as GitHub CI/CD, capable of designing efficient DevOps workflows.

Expertise in visualization technology stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK.

Deep understanding of network security and permission models (e.g., RBAC). Prior security operations experience is a plus.
